Welcome to Mystic Aura, operated by Yogi Studios LLC DBA Mystic Aura ("Mystic Aura," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, www.mysticaura.us (the "Website"), and the purchase of products from Mystic Aura.
 
By accessing or using our Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Return & Refund Policy. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our Website.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to make purchases through our Website. By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

Use of the Website

You agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
 
  • Use the Website for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
  • Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Website or its systems.
  • Interfere with the security or proper functioning of the Website.
  • Use automated tools, bots, or scraping software to extract content from the Website without our written permission.

Products and Orders

All products displayed on the Website are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
 

We make every effort to display product descriptions, colors, scents, and packaging accurately. However, because our candles are handmade, slight variations in color, scent, appearance, and packaging may occur and are not considered defects.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Applicable sales taxes will be added at checkout where required by law.

We accept payment through PayPal, Google Pay, and credit card payment processors. By submitting payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

In the event of a pricing or typographical error, Mystic Aura reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order placed at the incorrect price, even if the order has been confirmed or payment has been processed.

Order Cancellation

Customers may cancel an order within 1 hour of placing it by emailing support@mysticaura.us with their order number.

After the 1-hour cancellation window, orders may already be in processing and may not be canceled. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for information about returns.

Shipping and Delivery

Mystic Aura currently ships within the United States and may offer international shipping in the future.

Processing times are typically 2–5 business days, but shipping and delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control.

 

For international orders, customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees imposed by their country.

Candle Safety

Our candles are intended for responsible adult use. By purchasing and using Mystic Aura candles, you agree to follow all safety instructions, including:

  • Never leave a burning candle unattended.

  • Keep candles away from children and pets.

  • Place candles on a stable, heat-resistant surface.

  • Keep candles away from flammable materials.

  • Trim the wick to approximately 1/4 inch before each use.

  • Do not burn candles for more than 3–4 hours at a time.

 

Mystic Aura is not liable for damage, injury, or loss resulting from improper candle use or failure to follow safety instructions.

Custom Orders

Mystic Aura accepts custom orders for weddings, corporate events, parties, and other special occasions. Custom orders may be subject to separate terms, including:

  • Non-refundable deposits

  • Final design or scent approval requirements

  • Production timelines

  • Minimum order quantities

 

Specific terms for custom orders will be provided at the time of purchase or agreement.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Website, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, designs, trademarks, and product descriptions, is the property of Mystic Aura or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
 

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any content from the Website without our prior written permission.

User Accounts

Return & Refund Policy

If you create an account on our Website, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your username and password. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
 

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Website and all products and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mystic Aura disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that the Website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mystic Aura, Yogi Studios LLC, and their owners, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Website or purchase of products.

Our total liability to you for any claim related to a product purchase shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the product giving rise to the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mystic Aura, Yogi Studios LLC, and their affiliates, employees, agents, and representatives from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Website or products.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
 

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Washington State, and you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.

Changes to these Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
